to benefit Marian Catholic High School!

We invite you to join us and
“Be Cool for Our School” as we raise much-needed funds.
Dear Friend of Marian Catholic High School,
Our event continues to grow! On Saturday, January 31, 2026, our event participants will plunge into the icy waters of Mauch Chunk Lake Park! Registration begins at 10:00am at the beach area of the lake, and the first wave of plungers enter the water at 12:00 noon. This year, many of Marian Catholic’s students, as well as faculty, staff, and parents, will take the plunge. In the past, participants have come from 15 Pennsylvania counties (Carbon, Columbia, Delaware, Lehigh, Lancaster, Luzerne, Monroe, York, Schuylkill, Northampton, Lackawanna, Berks, Bucks, Montgomery, and Philadelphia) and five other states (New Jersey, New York, Delaware, North Carolina and Georgia). In 2024, we had a record of 85 people take the plunge! The event is covered by area newspapers, television stations, and social media.
Our purpose in contacting you is to ask you to become a sponsor of the Marian Catholic Polar Plunge. Your name and/or business will be recognized on our event t-shirts, promotional materials, and social media pages.
